What are the terms of sale?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. You must verify that all the information contained in it is correct. If there are any errors, you must inform us immediately. After confirming the accuracy of the information related to your order, we will send you a second email that will serve as acceptance of the contract. The sales contract will be concluded only when we send you a separate email accepting your purchase proposal, which will also contain information regarding the product's shipping.

Bank Transfer

The shipment of the ordered items will occur only upon the actual crediting of the amount due, which must take place within 5 working days from the date of order acceptance. After these deadlines, the order will be automatically considered canceled, and the customer will receive an automatic email regarding the order cancellation.
The reason for the bank transfer must include:

• order reference number
• date of order placement
• first and last name of the order holder

In case of order cancellation or non-acceptance by Profumeria Frascogna, the amount will be refunded to your PayPal account or your credit card.
