Shipping Times and Costs

For us, it is important that you are satisfied, which is why we strive to be as precise, fast, and reliable as possible from order to delivery. In fact, during all phases of the purchasing process, you are provided with all the useful information, from product availability to delivery methods, so that the service we offer you is 100% comprehensive.

Availability

Within the detail page of each individual product, you will always find indicated whether the item is available and information about the expected delivery date (which may vary based on the chosen payment method).
The levels of product availability are:

  • Available: The product can be ordered immediately, and you will receive it within the indicated shipping times or you can pick it up at one of our collection points chosen by you.

Delivery Times

The indicative delivery times are from 24 to 72 hours and refer to purchases with advance payment via Credit Card, PostePay, PayPal, Cash on Delivery
Different payment methods such as Advance Bank Transfer may modify the delivery time as the order will only be processed once we receive confirmation of the bank credit. The delivery date will therefore depend on the availability of the product at the time we received the payment confirmation.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at the time of order based on the weight and volume of the package. Except for larger products, it is possible to group multiple items into a single shipment, saving on the final shipping price.

You will see the shipping cost listed directly in the final stage of the order.

Procedure Upon Receipt of Goods - Transfer of Risk

When we ship a package with a courier, there is a possibility that it arrives damaged at its destination. The reasons can vary: the contents may be fragile, the packaging may give way during transport, an operator may have been careless in handling the package, etc. What to do to protect ourselves from this possibility?

According to art. 63 of the Consumer Code, any damage to the packaging of the Products must be immediately contested by you by writing "RESERVE FOR GOODS CONTROL FOR …(indicate the reason)" on the delivery document received from the courier.
The wording "RESERVE" allows you to check the goods at a later time since the courier by law does not allow you to open the package until you have signed.
It is understood that, once you have signed the delivery document without any contestation, you will be barred from any exception regarding the external characteristics of what was delivered.

In the event that the carrier was chosen by you outside of those proposed during the purchase phase, the risk of damage and loss of the Products transfers to you at the moment of delivery to the carrier, precluding any contestation regarding the external characteristics of what was delivered. In this case, any contestation must be made directly by you against the carrier.
